Residence Hall Bathroom Remodel

This complete "gut and do over” for Buckland Residence Hall required extensive preliminary work. Eco Remodels replaced the original sub-floor, exchanged the caste iron waste lines with modern ABS pipe and did some minor framing repair. The walls and shower are hand tiled with 1"x1" glass tile, complete with a custom recessed soap and shampoo niche. Eco Remodels also refurbished the original recessed linen cabinet, to create more storage space. Lastly, we created a free-standing cabinet, secured into proper framing, with a vessel bowl sink and vessel faucet.
